1. General Rules

The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer on the order form. Upon the Buyer's explicit request, the invoice can be sent to the billing address instead of the delivery address by selecting the relevant option on the order form. In case of partial availability of items, "Pride Racing" may split the orders. Therefore, the available items may be sent initially, and the remaining balance of the order will be sent when all other items are available. "Pride Racing" offers its customers delivery by GLS. Failure to comply with the procedures outlined below will result in no claims being accepted from the Buyer.

2. Delivery Characteristics by GLS

The buyer is delivered to their home by the GLS courier and signs a receipt. In case of absence, the Buyer or the recipient of the ordered product receives a GLS delivery notice, allowing them to contact the carrier to arrange an alternative delivery day. The buyer is required to check the condition of the package and the number of packages delivered in the presence of the courier. In case of doubt, the buyer must refuse the package and report these incidents to "Pride Racing".

The average lead times from the "Pride Racing" warehouse are as follows:

- GLS: 24 to 72 hours (depending on location). These lead times are provided for reference only. Any potential overrun will not entitle the Buyer to damages, withholding, or cancellation of the order.

4. Lead Times

Any potential overrun will not entitle the Buyer to damages, withholding, or cancellation of the order. However, if the ordered product is not found after this 21-day investigation period, "Pride Racing" will proceed, at its expense, with a new shipment of the products ordered by the Buyer.

5. Quality or Conformity Issues

In case of delivery of a product that does not match the order (defective or non-compliant), the Buyer must make a claim within 14 days from the date of signing the distribution receipt. Claims must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address indicated in paragraph 2, and must include: - Buyer's contact information. - Product references. - Reasons for the claim. The return of products must be made within fourteen business days from the allocation of a return number by "Pride Racing" customer service. Otherwise, "Pride Racing" will not proceed with any exchange or refund of the ordered products. Any product for exchange or refund must be returned to "Pride Racing" in its original condition and packaging, including all product and accessory components. Shipping costs are covered by "Pride Racing," except in cases where the returned or exchanged product does not match the original declaration made by the Buyer in the return form. The reimbursement of these return costs will be capped at the rate corresponding to GLS shipping. It will be provided in the form of a voucher to be used on our website within 2 months of its allocation. Any risk associated with the return of the product is borne by the Buyer. Failure to comply with the above procedure and deadlines will result in the Buyer being unable to make any claims for non-compliance or apparent defects in the delivered products, as the products will then be considered compliant and free from any apparent defects.

6. Product Availability

In case of unavailability of the ordered product, "Pride Racing" will inform the Buyer as soon as possible. In accordance with the provisions of Article L121.20.3 of the Consumer Code, "Pride Racing" may provide a product of equivalent quality and price in this case. In any case, the ordered products will be delivered within a maximum of thirty days from the day following the Buyer's registration of the order, subject to full payment of the price. If "Pride Racing" does not use this option, the Buyer will be reimbursed promptly and no later than thirty days after the payment of the amounts they have paid.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law n° 2014-344 of March 17, 2014, known as the "Hamon Law," the Buyer has a period of fourteen clear days from the date of receipt to return the ordered products at their expense for a refund. The products must be returned to "Pride Racing" in perfect resale condition, in their original state (packaging, accessories, instructions...), duly sealed, and accompanied by the invoice corresponding to the purchase. Similarly, if the product includes a warranty card or any other document to complete, it must not be filled out so that the buyer can exercise their right of withdrawal. Any incomplete, damaged, harmed, or with deteriorated original packaging product will not be refunded or exchanged. The exercise of the right of withdrawal will result in the buyer's choice: - either a cash refund, by crediting the credit card used in the initial order or, if impossible, by check; - or the issuance of a voucher, as outlined in point 10 below.
